Below are the instructions for preparing the extract needed to fill out the TAX FORM MODELO 720 with the accounts and deposits you have with Raisin.

• The annual report of Raisin is usually available on last days of February.
• If this is the first time you are filing your 720, you would need to use Raisin's tax report for the year 2025. However, if you have filed previously, you will also need to obtain the tax report for the last year in which you filed your 720 if you declared Raisin accounts and deposits.
• This is necessary in order to correctly identify the records for the year 2025 taking into account those of the previous Form 720 submitted.
• The process consists of copying the necessary information from Raisin's annual report and transferring it to the windows Notepad program (or text-edit if you use Mac). It is advisable to check the instructions if you use a Mac.

The steps to follow are:

1/ Open the document of the Raisin tax report in PDF format for the year 2025. You can also obtain the tax report for the year in which you filed the 720 tax form and included the accounts you held with Raisin in that year.

Note 1: It is recommended to open the PDF with "Google Chrome or “Firefox”, The copied content will then be in the expected format shown in the step 4. We have found that with "Adobe Acrobat and “Mac Preview” information is not copied correctly.

2/ Select and copy of the tax report the content of the table in section “Investments abroad” from the head “Details of the contracted product”.” to the end (the image below shows the selected content in blue).

3/ Paste in the Notepad or Notepad++ Windows, the previously selected and copied content of Raisin's tax report.

Note 2: If you use Mac, you should use the “Text-edit” program and check the settings.

Note 3: If your name and surname appear (it appears if you copy several pages of the PDF), you could delete those lines with name and surname, as they are not necessary. The process of generating your form 720 is completely anonymous.

4/ Result Once the above steps have been carried out, the structure of the information that has been entered is displayed.

If the content you have pasted does not have a similar structure, go back to step 1 to open the PDF with another valid programme.

Important: check that the highlighted line appears in this example format and ends in ‘€’ (not in space)

Note: The amounts could also come on separate lines as shown below.

5/ Save it with extension '.CSV'. such as "Portfolio_Raisin.csv". See example below.

DO YOU USE MAC?

In those brokers where it is necessary to copy information from the PDF, it is recommended to do the following in the “Text Edit” programme.

1/ Choose format “Convert to plain text”.”

2/ The display format will change

3/ Once you have pasted the content, save the file in UTF-8 format with the extension “.csv”.”
