Step 1-How can I download my report/extract from my exchange?

Here are the instructions on how to get the CSVs of your trades that you extract from your exchanges and wallets. Koinly and Cointracking explain it in detail for each broker:

Note: Download the CSVs that your platform offers, do not connect anything via API.

Note: Extract the complete history since you opened your account on the exchange or wallet, but you don't have to sign up for anything from cointracking or koinly, We do that ourselves.

If you are not listed on the exchanges shown by Cointracking and Koinly, you can still download the trades from your exchange or wallet in CSV/excel format.

Once you have all the CSVs exported you can go to the step 2.

Step 2-Fill in form to find out about the plan

Then attach the statements with your transaction history that you have previously downloaded in step 1.

Note: Provide full history since opening an account with the exchange or wallet.

E.g. If you opened the account in 2022, download all transactions from the 2022 until 31 Dec 2024.

Once you have submitted the form, you will receive an email with the plan you would need to subscribe to.
