I invite you to find out all the necessary information regarding the affiliate scheme for the marketing of the SELF-DECLARED PRODUCTSwhich, at the date of writing these conditions, are Auto-Renta and Auto-720).
It is important that before signing up as an affiliate, you read these terms and conditions and the terms and conditions that apply to my affiliate programme for the sale of SELF-DECLARED PRODUCTS.
Daniel Zapardiel reserves the right to modify or change these terms and conditions at any time. If the modifications constitute a material change to the terms, he will notify you by posting a notice on our website autodeclaro.com.
The SELF-DECLARED PRODUCTS are available only to legal entities and persons over 18 years of age.

Products to be marketed in the affiliate programme
Daniel Zapardiel markets AUTO-720 and AUTO-RENTA to automate the completion of the tax forms Model 720 and Model 100 respectively.
- Modelo 720 is an informative declaration on assets and rights located abroad (accounts in financial institutions located abroad, real estate and rights to real estate located abroad, securities, rights, insurance and income deposited, managed or obtained abroad).
- Auto Renta calculates taxes through a profit and loss statement. It is based on an algorithm that calculates the returns generated through the purchase/sale of shares together with their accrued dividends. The report is presented in PDF format broken down by year and by company. A sum total is included for each year.
The objective of Daniel Zapardiel's affiliate programme is the commercialisation of AUTODECLARO PRODUCTS by third parties. These third parties acquire the status of affiliates by registering in the programme through my website in order to benefit economically from the payment of commissions per sale.

The application to join my affiliate programme is free of charge and requires no financial investment on the part of the affiliate.
Within the Daniel Zapardiel's affiliated areaThe affiliate will have access to a section exclusively dedicated to the affiliate programme. In this section, the affiliate will be able to track their activity, find the unique url and check the status of their commissions.
Membership requirements
- The applicant must be a natural person over 18 years of age or a legally constituted legal entity (through the natural person who has the legal capacity to represent it), with full capacity to contract, whether self-employed or a company.
- The applicant must have invoicing capacity for Daniel Zapardiel for commissions earned from the marketing of their legal kits.
- The applicant must be website owner and/or an activity suitable for the promotion of Daniel Zapardiel's AUTODECLARO PRODUCTS. Websites or activities related to pornography, online games, and any website that in any way violates current legislation are expressly excluded.
- The applicant must own or have rights to the media that they will use to carry out their affiliate activity, or be expressly authorised by the owners of the website(s) for this purpose.
- It is a prerequisite that the applicant you have a fee-charging account (PayPal or bank account)
- The applicant must have read, understood and assumed all the rights and obligations defined in these conditions.
Express prohibitions
It is strictly forbidden to make use of the affiliate status other than that which has been granted, otherwise, you will lose from that moment the status of "Affiliate" prohibiting the entry to the restricted access area reserving all legal actions we assist us in order to purge responsibilities for a possible crime against intellectual property punishable by imprisonment by our Penal Code of up to 4 years.
Membership registration process
All eligible applicants can register via the autodeclaro.com website or via the affiliate area by Daniel Zapardiel.
In order to complete the registration as an affiliate, it will be essential to create an affiliate account that allows the applicant access to the affiliate area of Daniel Zapardiel.
The creation of this account is free of charge.
The applicant must provide all the details requested in the affiliate account creation form, ensure that all such details are accurate and keep them correctly updated at all times.
In the process of creating the account, the applicant will indicate a user name (this will be an e-mail account) and a password, which will be the data that will give him/her access to the affiliate area.
After completing the membership application form, Daniel Zapardiel, review the application and, if the requirements are met, approve the application. At that moment, the applicant will receive an affiliate registration confirmation email with all the access data to your panel where you can generate the unique url that the affiliate can use in their activity to promote Daniel Zapardiel's AUTODECLARO PRODUCTS.
Daniel Zapardiel reserves the right to deny or cancel the registration in its affiliate program to any applicant or affiliate who does not meet the necessary requirements described in these conditions. It also reserves the right to refuse or cancel the registration in cases where it considers that the applicant's profile, conduct or supports are inappropriate to be part of the affiliate program Daniel Zapardiel.
Conditions to be applied to affiliates
In the event that any of Daniel Zapardiel's AUTODECLARO PRODUCTS are contracted through the url included in the affiliate's media, Daniel Zapardiel will remunerate the affiliate with a commission for an amount equivalent to 40% of the price paid by the customer (price of the service excluding taxes).
In cases where taxes are applicable, the amount of commission generated shall be increased by VAT and reduced by the applicable personal income tax.
For the purpose of calculating commissions, the purchase price is understood to be the amount paid by the customer, excluding applicable taxes (e.g. VAT). If any discount or special promotion is applied to this price, the 40% commission would be calculated on the reduced price due to that discount or promotion.
Payment of commissions
Daniel Zapardiel must have verified the payment by the user referred by the Affiliate in order to be able to make the payment to the affiliates.
Once the payment has been verified and the commissions have been approved, an email will be sent to the affiliate confirming that the payment has been sent.
In order to collect commissions from sales of AUTODECLARO PRODUCTS, the affiliate must issue the corresponding invoice to Daniel Zapardiel prior to payment.

Payments will be made by PayPal or bank transfer.
Payment by PayPalIf you wish to use this form of payment, please let us know.
Payment by bank transferOnly national transfers will be made (Spain). The affiliate must indicate the full account and name of the account holder.
Payments will be made from the 01st to the 05th of each month following the sale, without the member being able to request an earlier payment date under any circumstances.

Loss of membership
Daniel Zapardiel reserves the right to revoke the affiliate status of any member of its affiliate programme for any of the following reasons:
- Failure to comply with any of the conditions stipulated in this contract.
- Unauthorised manipulation of Daniel Zapardiel's website and affiliate panel.
- Unauthorised use of logos, photographs, domain and images owned by Daniel Zapardiel that generate the lack of belief to the customer to be providing data directly to Daniel Zapardiel, as well as any misleading advertising or misleading or likely to mislead the buyer.
- Use of the Autodeclaro.es brand by the affiliate for the purpose of creating the appearance of a commercial association beyond the mere agreement entered into herein.
- Use by the affiliate of unauthorized techniques of mass mailings (spam). In these cases, the responsibility derived from the non-compliance of Law 34/2002, of July 11, 2002, on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, corresponds exclusively to the affiliate, and Daniel Zapardiel does not authorise any type of commercial communication by electronic means.
- Any other conduct by which the affiliate creates a false belief among users that it has a commercial relationship other than that regulated in these terms and conditions and that it is limited exclusively to the mere provision of affiliate services for Daniel Zapardiel.
- Any other conduct by which the affiliate creates the false belief that users are offered a different service or contract conditions than those offered by Daniel Zapardiel at that time.
Limitation of liability
autodeclaro.es reserves the right to make, at any time and without prior notice, modifications and updates to the information contained on the website, its configuration and presentation, access conditions, affiliate conditions, contracting conditions, etc. Therefore, the affiliate must access updated versions of the page.
The user/affiliate is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of the affiliate panel and for all activities that occur on the panel provided by autodeclaro.es. The affiliate agrees to immediately notify autodeclaro.es of any breach of the security of the portal.
autodeclaro.co.uk shall not be liable for any loss arising from improper or unauthorised use of the autodeclaro.co.uk affiliate panel.
You agree to hold autodeclaro.es harmless from claims, losses, expenses, damages and costs (including direct, incidental, consequential, punitive, exemplary and indirect damages), and reasonable attorneys' fees resulting from any breach by you of these terms, whether or not considered material or immaterial; the use or misuse of the autodeclaro.es PRODUCTS by you or any person acting on your behalf or using your autodeclaro.es account; or for any violation of any right, title or interest of any third party.es or for any material or immaterial infringement of any right, title or interest of any third party.
My sole responsibility shall be to supply the product in accordance with the terms and conditions expressed in the recruitment policy of AUTODECLARO PRODUCTS and comply with these Affiliate Terms and Conditions.
autodeclaro.es shall not be liable for any consequence or damage that may arise from the improper use of the products supplied.
Language
The language in which the contract between Daniel Zapardiel and the Affiliate will be perfected is Spanish.
Jurisdiction and applicable law
The law applicable to this contract for the provision of AUTODECLARO PRODUCTS shall be Spanish Law. In the event that any conflict or discrepancy arises in the interpretation or application of these contractual conditions, the Courts and Tribunals which, where appropriate, will hear the matter, will be those provided for in the applicable legal regulations regarding competent jurisdiction.
