The D6 form can be filled in and printed out using the AFORIX program or you can request the paper form at the Ministry of Industry or at the territorial or provincial directorates of Commerce. Please note that you must sign it by hand.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-flow wp-block-group-is-layout-flow\">\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Indicate as addressee:\n\n\"Att: Secretar\u00eda General de Comercio Internacional de Servicios e Inversiones\". The D6 form is filled in using the AFORIX program, signed electronically and submitted via the Internet in the <a href=\"https:\/\/oficinavirtual.comercio.gob.es\/eAFORIX\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">electronic headquarters of the State Secretariat for Trade<\/a>. You can also access the filing page directly from AFORIX itself (the page to file the D6 form virtually will open directly in your browser when you try to access it from the programme).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Below is a step-by-step guide to the latter option of filing electronically.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Filing Model D6 telematically - Step by step<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once you have the completed Form D6, you have to open the AFORIX application, go to \"Form\" and open the *.aforixm\" file that you received by post. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Then, go to \"Telematic Submission\" -&gt; \"Electronic Signature\" -&gt; \"Sign electronically\".
